Dunedin Chamber of Commerce members are invited to train with us at a special rate! Join our energizing, community-focused FitCamp program designed for busy professionals who want to get stronger, feel better, and start the day with purpose.

Chamber Member Pricing

• $5 Drop-In per class

• $15 Unlimited for the week

Schedule
FitCamp is offered 5–6 days per week

• Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM

• Saturday | 8:00 AM
  (Arrive a few minutes early to set up.)

Class Format

• 45–50 Minute Session

• At least 10 Stations

• Indoor + Outdoor Training Areas

• 1 Minute at each station
  or 30 seconds during Lightning Rounds

Equipment & Training Stations Include:

• Medicine Balls (Power, Strength, Core)

• Concept2 Rowers

• Dumbbells & Kettlebells

• Slam Balls & BOSU

• Yoga/Ab Mats

• Agility Cones & Cardio Drills

• Additional rotating equipment for variety
