Knife Skills Sushi at Home with Chef Craig Tinling

Roll up your sleeves and dive into a fun, hands-on Food Art Workshop focused on sushi fundamentals—perfect for all skill levels. You’ll learn the basics of sushi rice, rolling techniques, and presentation while creating classic favorites like California rolls, tuna rolls, yam yam rolls, and cucumber rolls. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and interactive, making it a great way to build confidence and enjoy the process (and the results).

Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. Menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
