Fire up your skills in this hands-on Food Art Workshop that blends bold flavors with comforting classics—welcoming cooks of all levels. You’ll grill chicken wings finished with spicy Calabrian chilis, prepare rich gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, and balance the meal with a crisp, refreshing chilled green bean salad. The class is relaxed, social, and designed for learning by doing (and tasting), making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned home cooks.

Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. Menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
