Founding Client Workflow Pilot — Fee Reduced or Waived

FlowLogic is inviting a limited number of Dunedin Chamber member businesses to participate as founding clients.

We will focus on one clearly defined workflow problem that is causing unnecessary delay, duplicate work, missed follow-up, or confusion. Examples include:

• Follow-ups falling through the cracks
• Information being copied between systems
• Approvals or handoffs getting stuck in email
• Repetitive administrative work
• Unclear status, ownership, or next steps

The first step is a complimentary workflow-fit conversation. You do not need to know what technology or solution is required—you only need to know where the process is causing frustration.

If the problem is a good fit, FlowLogic will propose a focused pilot, typically completed over two to four weeks.

For selected founding clients, the implementation fee will be reduced or waived in exchange for candid feedback and agreed-upon participation in documenting the results. Nothing identifying the client will be published without written approval.
